Hmm, if we go for games rather than Comic Heroes, I'd say Snake and Kain, just because they have extremely well developed, believable personalities, and are the epitome of the word "anti-hero."

Comix Zone was one of the most unique and refreshing titles of it's time. Another great Sega IP that they threw down the toilet.

OMG awesome. Another V fan. As for that thread, I believe it was for comic book super heroes or something.
Also I though this is only for movies because if we include games and comics then there is only one true badass. The biggest of all and it's a lady, called:
The Boss

Aside from here I'd add:
Kratos
Solid Snake
Duke Nukem
Dante

and of course...
Scorpion and Sub-zero.
