I think the MMO was just a rumor debunked. Though an Elder Scrolls MMO would kick so much butt

or at least if it was offline have an online arena!

From what we've seen so far though; it basically looks like elder scrolls in a post-apocalyptic world with guns.

I'm just not the biggest fan of RPGs with only guns... It kind of feels like cheating

I want my dungeons and dragons, Kights and Elves, Swords and Magic, Creatures and Demons

Now that's an RPG. None of this 3rd person action game with RPG elements

it has a TURN-BASED battle system (with optional real time) . You cant get much more RPG than that
