True. Only people who think they need a break because their lives and job are too hard go on vacation....

speaking of which. I have about 100 hours of vacation time (for the year) that I can use before I quit DRA and ship!!! Now that's a vacation!

Lol, it sounds like a vacation until I tell you my brother's graduation ceremony is THREE HOURS LONG!!! Time for the fun flask.

You know you have to get up early too... so you can check in with the base officials and so your brother knows you're coming?

At least... that's house the AF does things... guests have to check in at 0700 and then wait...

Yeah, he said he's going to take leave while I'm there, which will hopefully spare us most of the military restriction stuff...we'll see!!

Everything in the military is "hurry up & wait." It's not branch-specific either... it's just the military in general. Bust ass to get where you need to be, and then wait for them to get to you.

take me with you...I travel Light and only take up 2 seats on the plane.....and only eat most of the food... ok ok a lot of the food... unless it is salted pork than all of the food.... See I really can't fly my problem is I am to big and they charge me 2 seats only they are not together... and they would be on different planes...OH THE SHAME MY ASS would arrive first.... since I would be in the food lounge.... eating the salted pork...
