Moderation is the key to everything. If I can, I'd like to bring a scientific stance to this conversation.

Human beings like to think in linear terms, because it's simple. However, very rarely is life linear. Although gaming is initially fun, more gaming is not always equal to more fun. As with the spirit of this topic, more gaming equals no life, no love, and probably in th end, no gaming... Linear thinking is actually responsible for a lot of additions/problems, imo. Obesity, more food =/= more satisfaction, alcohol, more boose =/= better time, on and on.
