A liitle off topic: For the MGS movie, Christian Bale is considering the role and apparently David Hayter wants to write the script.

Samuel L. Jackson 100% without a doubt fits the role for Drebin...Id be surprised if its not him...Angelina Jolie could be Naomi,

I'm pretty sure the movie will either have the storyline of Metal Gear Solid or the original Metal Gear. If they made a movie about MGS4, people who've never played the Metal Gear games would be confused out of thier minds.

From the very little information we currently have available, like I said, it seems the story will be standalone.

That means an alternate storyline not directly following any game.

I don't care who's who, Sean Connery as big boss from MGS4 would be epic!
