Well I am back from another shift and let me tell you! It was even worse, I've now done something to my left foot, everytime I try to use it, it folds under the preassure then sends a sharp pain through my foot and up my leg

In all fairness, jay2 probably has a point Odion. You should really see a doctor about forms of support for your feet/legs. Just remember to never put something above your own health, 'cause you'll get nowhere if your legs totally give way...

30 more mins and I am off to do another 8 hours :( I am kinda concerned about my left foot though hopefully I don't have to endure all 8 hours with a sharp pain shooting through my foot and up my leg

All this Canada vs. US war talk is really going to piss off the 8 guys in our military. We have a British sub too that we got cheap because it's defective....nope....I think it sank.
