There is just as much of chance as you guys getting NG2 as MGS4 coming to the 360.

also there is no need for MS to bring out a new console already, this one is about to surpass the original in sales, the price gets closer to that magic number that creates 80% of the sales. Why invest in a new system when you don't have to.

actually the probability of NG2 to the PS3 over MGS4 to the 360 is higher for NG2 to be ported given the hardware contraints of the 360 in which disc capacity and a standard HDD is required for MGS4 unless they somehow get it to run without an install, which is possible but i think the game itself would suffer from that.

i'm hoping MS does support the 360 and not pull an Xbox 1 on the consumers and with the way things are going i'm sure they will.

I don't know about hard drive and limitations but i think disc space would be a definite limitation.

MGS4 is completely uncompressed, you compressed that sucker down it could be done on 4

Its compressed to preserve the high quality...so in other words 360 will have inferior 4 disc version...LAME

90% of people don't have a 6000 dollar tv NOR a sound system that can really take advantage of uncompressed sound. So guess what it doesn't matter to me

Oh 2hrs of gameplay 40hr movie. Not to mention Xbox kings knocking the game for only running at 720p. Then they celebrate Xbox family saying its coming to the 360. Lots and lots of haters. Its worse that they just won't admit they want it. When MGS4 got its 8/10 you see people saying well there goes the game that was going to make me buy a PS3 and i just laugh. You see people that don't comment in the 10/10 but only in the low scores.

Oh yea lets not forget destructo and his spamming

Fanboy hating on MGS4 is rather minimal though. It has reduced significantly but one negative article emerges and they will be there.

Ok 720p...yea, the standard....you take offense to that?

Not one fanboy hates this game. There will always be the ****, on the xbox side, that wont admit nothing. Your crazy if you think people are out to get this game.

Halo 3....now that's a completely different story.

the only thing i've said to hate on Halo was that Halo 3 is over-rated and i still believe that. even though i absolutely love Halo 1 and it was my fav FPS until CoD4 came out. i admit it's ignorant of me to say that because i haven't yet played Halo 3 and i'm really not interested to play it since Halo 2 really turned me off of the franchise. So i admit some ignorance there. other things i say are just in humor and shouldn't be taken seriously.

i don't think Halo 3 really brought much new to the game "as a whole" and it being exclusive and the biggest 1st party title it should have done much more. the best thing i could think of good about it was the whole record function, that's a totally awesome feature.

but i believe MGS4 has changed a lot and brought out so much more to the game itself "as a whole" compared to the past games.
giving you more ways of taking on a level (stealth or war), 3rd person or FPS, more open world/levels, online play that's not just a throw on, tons of unlockables, 70+ weapons that are customizable, different tactics to complete a level given the weapon(s) used and probably more secrets not yet revealed.

it's one game that did a total overhaul to the IP itself and so it deserves less hate and more respect.
