When I was around 180 cm tall,4 years ago,I peaked at 280 pounds I believe.
2 years after that+gym+10 cm=210 pounds.
Now= +1.5 cm,240 pounds.

Yeah good job. I cut from 280 down to 220 last year. I just watch what I eat and go to the gym daily. I set up appointments with my doctor to meet goals, you should try and do this as well. What are you doing in terms of exercise/diet?

lets see 6' 1" and last i checked 155 lbs. but probably around 170 now cause i've gotten a little out of shape

6'2, 14 stone and go to the gym 4 times a week and do mostly weight lifting, been doing that for years
