That's interesting considering that the Uncharted and MGS4 forums (like all game specific forums there) are shared forums with Gamefaqs.com and are policed by Gamefaqs mods...not Gamespot mods. You're placing blame in the wrong place.

There are many ways to do that but most compromise your connection to some degree, unless it's a dynamic IP, which is only supported by some ISPs. Either way the guy is a nuisance.
