It's funny that people use this thread to attack me just because I point out the truth. Yet another instance of censorship of the news. I guess I am just going to post one of these examples every day to prove my point.

I guess that SPOnG isn't a legit website anymore so we can't post editorials from them anymore. Or maybe it is just because I am an Xbot that I notice this...or maybe SPOnG is just run by Xbots.

From what I have observed there are both Xbox and Playstation supporters who have a double standard when it comes to reporting stories. Stories are fine as long as they are positive towards the system they support, and if the story criticize their system of choice in anyway, they report it as spam or fake.

Now since there seems to be more Sony supporters amongst our members than Xbox supporters , stories that are negative towards the PS3 tends to get more reports simply because there are more fans of the PS3 online at N4G. Why there are more PS3 fans on N4G than Xbox fans I don’t know, but I think the Playstation brand in general has more supporters than the Xbox as it simply is a more popular brand.

I will try to keep an extra eye on the failed section and restore news posts that have failed due to wrongly filed reports. Also if I see members who are repeatedly trying to censor legit stories I will remove their reporting privileges. What about a thread for that? Instead of having to rectify a situation, this way the situation may not even happen in the first place?

Maybe that should just be saved for PM...I dunno just throwing it out there.

Well said and sonarus and anyone that thinks differently is a flipping hypocrite. I read the articles and rarely read the replies under the articles because of the BS from "ALL" sides. I can't believe all the poorly written blog crap that gets approved on this site and it sucks that the people that write for those blogs can post their own news.

The only reason I come to this site is because I am too lazy to sludge through all the various other sites trying to find the news on gaming for myself but each day it's getting harder and harder to visit here and reading nonsense like "N4G Is Supressed by Sony Trolls" is the reason why. "Hypocrisy and irony" at it's best.

If you take out Sony and just leave trolls you would have a point Bloodmask. But why would I expect you to know the difference? You can be very imformative and rational at times but then again I have seen you sink lower then the lowest troll on here at other times. You are no better then any of the losers fighting over this nonsense on here. Games are for entertainment but I think a lot of people that come here use trolling and bitching on the internet as their form of entertainment.
