I don't think it was an accident... I find that hard to believe:

Although i agree on the part that people doing suicide...i dont feel sorry for them whatsoever. To me its a selfish act.
However at the age of 13 lots of things can happen, so he might have become this messed up kid Or eventually become a strong person.

But in the end, its sad for the family....but if the family was the reason in the first place....well what goes around comes around right?

Think of all the money wasted on him. What a idiot

Why feel sorry him? he took his own life up to him. I could understand it if you knew him but else its just a waste of time to mourn about him.
People die all the time its nothing new.

I highly doubt that it was accident. When you tie a tie around you neck and secure it to a bed then I am sure you know what you are during

I don't really feel that bad about stories like this. Only under the situations of Mental Illness, New Medication or other influencing factors that would lead to a lapse of judgement the person normally wouldn't have, do I feel bad.

However this is just a 13yo kid throwing a fit and acting like a little spoiled bitch. This is as close to Natural Selection as we can get unfortunately. If this was the worst thing that ever happened to this kid in his life, then he would have just grown up and shot a bunch of people in a rampage someday anyway probably. Oh well so sad. E-Bay his Wii for charity. End of Story.

Notice the parents totally clueless to the whole thing. "Everything was normal". Then the deflect statement came "We watched a show on TV that showed a young man hanging himself". Yawwwwn. If your kid runs off and hangs himself over a Wii you failed as a parent, Or the kid had undiagnosed severe mental problems.

Just cos the parents say he was happy doesn't make it so, fact is it was his birthday, he was given money to buy himself a game and then not allowed to play it on his birthday because his sister was watching TV. So it could have been the desperate act of a weak emotional boy who felt unloved.

When I was his age I was already well aware that my dad hated me and had wanted me aborted, the feeling was mutual and I had a FU rebel attitude but I spose some people are very emotionally weak, posibly mentally disturbed and can't take it, after all plenty of people top themselves when a relationship breaks up.

ok im sorry but u dont commit suicide accidently..... granted i do feel sorry for the family but saying that this was an accidental death is bull, he knew wat he was doing and wanted his parents to feel bad im guessing, but u cant blame tv or anything but the kid. there has to be more to this then wat is stated........ he had to of had some sort of mental problems in the history even the minor ones add up and count

Agreed mate, I would never do that over a Wii, I really get ticked off when my mum says stop playing ps3 and turns it off or something like that, but after that I won't go hang my self.

Whether the kid was "stupid" or just plain "spoiled" is moot. The thing is that it is still a tragedy, regardless whether the kid deserved it or not. What really makes this an even greater tragedy is that why these kinds of things happen over a stupid little thing.
