I'm getting it on Blu-Ray for the headset. I wanted the download for the simplicity but I don't want to miss out on paying just 20 more dollars for a headset that's way better than my Jabra. That headset is just too nice to pass up.

Oh and yeah you can buy it on Blu-Ray with or without the headset but why would you not want that headset?

I've got a pretty decent Samsung headset, so I don't really see the need for a new one. I'll rent it on Blu-ray to try it out, then buy it on the PSN if I like it. Never played a SOCOM game before, so I don't know if the playstyle is something I'll take to.

Might just buy it on Blu-ray. Depends. Are PSN games linked to your PSN ID, or to your PS3's serial number? Hardware failure would be twice as scary if you had to repurchase games...Not sure how that works with Sony.
