Why was it that Sega always made a game for whoever won the heavyweight title?

Evander Holyfield Boxing FTW.

No Sega Genesis fighter could ever compare to the true king that is Eternal Champions.

I just picked up Soul Calibur 4 for PS3 and it is actually just really good. i am really happy with it.
One of the best fighter games ever though was one on the PC LONG AGO called ONE MUST FALL.

sweet sweet times with that game.

Talking about the original OMF or 2097 with the robots? I had them both and then the sequel to 2097 they were still the ****.

I tried my hardest to get into that game.  But the SNK style was too slow paced for me to adapt with the Street Fighter characters.  The first two were much better.

One game I was anticipating greatly for the SNES but never came out was FX Fighter.  It would have be the SNES counter to the Virtua Fighter series.

I had that on PC, if it's the same FX Fighter I'm thinking of. It did actually look like Virtua Fighter had sex with Star Gladiator.

My mom bought it for me and I got a gravis pad and it was on like Voltron. The game still had some pretty memorable music, wish it would run on my PC right now because I'd track it down even though the fighting probably didn't age well.

Our friendship doesn't change the fact that Bloody Roar sucks azZ. I will still be a true friend to you even if you do like crappy fighting games however because I can even appreciate the worst of fighting games.

Sincerely,
bloodmask

We already named every awesome fighting game there is, only thing that's left are the ****ty ones. Pit Fighter is a fine candidate for that list.

The sequel to Pit Fighter was awesome back in 1992.  The name of it escapes me at the moment.
