Hey, this is a HDD problem, you need to unplug the console conpletely INCLUDING USB's, Memory cards, HDMI cords ECT. Now remove the hard drive (as shown in the book you got). plug ONLY the powersupply and HDMI/Aeral in. Now, how down the power button on the FROUNT of the console for a cuple of seconds, then, while still holding it turn on the SWITCH at the BACK of the PS3.

Yeah, thats for sure... ill be on it... although im hoping it doesnt come to that, cuz 60's are the best... And, one more question:

When i send it, ill be able to keep my HDD right? because if not, my game saves and stuff are compromised..

Remove you're hardrive and wack in another one in. but try my fix first.

See if the lights gone, if it is, buy a new Hard drive, if not send the PS3 to Sony.
