He said that it works for a majority of the PS3 library.  I wonder what PS3 games it does not work for as well as if it works during PS/PS2 games and movies.  I guess we will see.

we already have xmb during movies...im not sure about disc movies, but def hdd movies, and they play while ur doin stuff

I'm sure the in-movie XMB feature has been around for a while now.

Just tried it with a DVD. Doesn't work. It works when I play stuff of my HD, though. Don't have any Blu-Rays handy.
