Konami's Kojima Productions
Nintendo for sure
umm lets see, Blizzard,
team Ico is pretty damn good too.

Squaresoft, is amazing as well, before the Enix merger. Square Enix, is okay I guess they've made some good games, some horrible and some amazing. Same with Tri-ace.
