It might do, but I think the PS3 is just overall a power-hungry console, which, given the quality of the parts, is fairly understandable. That said, it's not really that much worse than the 360.

Yeah, but BloosySinner's link was a bit of a "so what?" thing. Of course a fridge uses substantially less than a videogames console, or else I'd be rather pissed off at my fridge manufacturer.
