Thats journalism. I hate journalists they say they want to change the world but they don't realize their supposed to report on how other people are changing the world. Ever notice how journalists write about "the brave journalist" during a war even though soldiers are doing all the real work. they are also the only people who call their readersstupid when the journalist is in the wrong for making a bad article. Bleh, just screw journalists.

Precisely.

Journalists control the headlines, and the headlines control history.

This will go down in official history as a man giving birth.

Where do we draw the lines where, we're respecting a person's desire to be their own individual, and telling that person: Get real, you THINK you're a man, but face reality, you're a woman, nuff said.

Agreed. "News" is now less about the news, and more about the prick who's writing it, which isn't right.

Allot of journalists write about other journalists too its like a cult.

This conversation actually went deeper than I would have expected. And you're all so right, too.

I have no problem with transgendered people, I really just don't care. But this is probably worse than being raised by a gay couple for the child, I agree.

The article title is stupid though, but it's not surprising they wouldn't mention the trans part till the end of the article.

When the world gets their panties out of a wad. The same argument goes towards feminism too. Most people are so scared ****less to say anything they think will start any trouble that they ignore things that should be stated. And its all because their afraid of offending something. I bet if anyone of us told the journalist what we thought here we would be called bigots.

Even if we did get through to them, it still wouldn't matter, because a few people with the right idea can't make a difference, while a cabal of idiots in positions of power end up defining history.

I do believe it was going to happen 50,000 years into the future.  So us guys have nothing to worry about.  Besides those last few men, 50,000 years from now, will probably be the luckiest men to ever live, if you get my drift.

Going back on topic: I consider this whole thing taboo.  I, for one, believe it is wrong to change your gender because you are making yourself into something that you really aren't.
