Yeah, even though I understand why some religions advise against it so if that's your situation then more power to you. It's about being smart now though, I don't go without protection with anyone that I haven't been in an exclusive relationship (on her end as well) with for 3 months.

Even then it's after a mutual STD test which I suggest after month 1 of being involved. I mean I KNOW I'm always clean, but she doesn't and she might say the same thing so it's just best to both go get it taken care of. I hate condoms but I'd hate creepy crawlies in el tallywacker more.

To be honest though I don't do one night stands anymore, did it twice and it was a horrible experience afterwards because they were both psychopaths. There was a period where I didn't make out with anyone until we went out twice either because I wasn't sure if she was getting money shots and swallowing someone else's DNA the night before. My ex looked puzzled at me when I told her this when I flipped out that she took a sip of my drink when we first started dating. Now I pretty much only date someone who's background I know prior to getting involved and I'm pretty open about such things so I'll just come out and say it.

I am however saving kids for my 3rd year of marriage because I don't wish to ever be referred to as someone's "baby's daddy", and there's a specific environment I want my children to grow up in. Wife and I need our period of butt naked house walking and random sex everywhere in the place before it's baby time though.

heh ironically i look on this thread as im watching the 40 year old virgin...

id rather wait till marriage myself, im anti organized religion, so religion doesn't hold me back....maybe its just cause i haven't had the opportunity yet...but hey, if she is hot, i'm not gonna deny her.

It's the 21st century, if you use the cheapest and most common form of protection there is a 99.9% chance absolutely nothing will happen.

Sex is overrated. You don't need to be married, you don't need to be in love...hell you don't even have to know the person. It is an act of pleasure.

I respect you if your just following your religious or cultural beliefs, but like so many other topics...it is YOUR choice. You'll want to be a little extra careful your first time...but in my opinion people put 'sex' way way high up on the pedastal.

My first reply was referring to the title...it almost seemed as if people are expected to marry. I have a problem with signing a legal document promising you'll be with a certain individual for life...but that's for another thread.

I agree with this as well. Sex is a human need, like scratching a itch. We're all programed to reproduce and have urges or "needs" accordingly. Animals have sex all the time with no regard to marriage or any cometment, they just hump and go about their merry way. People are no different IMO. Its like vegetarians, they're supposed to eat meat, but don't. Its just a life choice I guess.

lol. then why are you trying to be celibate. Enough is when you have no condom and the girl is practically forcing you inside her. I see temptation like that all the time and its hard as hell for me to resist. But for you it might be easier.

My advise to you if you are serious. Forget hand job and fingering . Sooner or later you will crack and stuff like that just makes it easier
