This is true but LBP is the kind of creativity you expect from Team ICO. So i still have my faith in them


And both team ico and media molcole are small team

Status: offline 		I have to go with God of War III;  the original GOW blew everything away up to that point, and then GOWII blew the original GOW out with being bigger, better, etc.  GOWCoO then took PSP games to another level.  I think it'll be easy to say that GOWIII will blew everything out of the water for the PS3.

That being said, Team ICO's next game will be great, but I have to go with GOW

I'm in two minds on this one, as long as the developers keep offering new levels etc, then I'll be happy.

I don't want to relly 100% on user content, no matter how good it might be.



I am sure they will have a menu to upload levels the developers recently made aswell as the top ten voted levels and stuff like that.

You've got to be kidding me. look at the main demographic who owns PS3s most of them aren't as open minded as me or you. Soccer moms won't buy it for their kids like everyone is saying. its too complicated for kids. No Way. It'll be an awesome game but come on.

Status: offline 		i bet it will sell great.  listen to how many people talk about it and say they are looking forward to it on the net..there are a ton. and also this is a game that a parent would think is cool and buy it for their kid, and the only thing im worried is that for casual gamers not knowing about it so sony better advertise it alot

Status: offline 		Honestly this is one of those games that is either going to suck really bad or is going to be a breath of fresh air for the whole industry. A game this fresh with new ideas has no middle ground. For this reason I believe either A) It has solid sales but it bombs all together because it sucks. or B) It has solid sales and they continue to increase because the hype keeps rolling in on the greatness of LBP.

Either way I only see it happening one of those two ways. The initial hype will make it sell solid to the hardcore no matter what, it is really up to how good the game is to take it to that "Legendary" status.

I know one thing for sure though. It will be in my PS3 day one.

Status: offline 		sarcasm aside, I do believe it will sell well.  Most of the PS3 owners here seem like they will buy it, as I will.  All my friends are pretty much buying it also.

Back to the question asked, I think GOWIII will be the best PS3 game

Status: offline 		The thing about LBP is how fun are those levels to play. Sure its nice to build my own levels and the coop thing is nice but my attention span for games is very short. I hope it has good enough levels to at least be my mario 64 of this gen

I'm actually hoping that the LBP will end up helping me convince my brother's wife that a PS3 is a good investment. They bought a 360 for Viva Pinata, so I wouldn't be surprised if it worked. We'll see. Elefunk might also help...*shrug*

More cute games, Sony. My brother wants a PS3, and I'd love the opportunity to shoot at him in Resistance 2 and Killzone 2. ;)

Status: offline 		I read in many threads that MGS4 is supposed to have maxed PS3 capabilities, and Kojima was not even pleased because his initial dream could not be made on PS3

So, i guess MSG4 did it
