Well if you are not sure you can always call and ask :)

I don't really know if they are gonna send you a 40GB for a 60GB...a 80GB sounds about right unless they keep 60GB ones for this kinds of cases

still if you dont like the answer Sony gives you you can always try to work things out (try asking for a supervisor) and depending on how much you complain (for a better word of b_tch) they will probably end up doing something about it :P

I thought that things like the current theme and log in info was saved into the PS3. like if I take out the memory card I still keep my cool god of war theme in my PSP.

the fan broke on mine and after i sent it away they sent a refurbished one with a new case and new parts so essentialy it was a new 60GB

thing about technology is everything breaks computers games systems laptops phones tvs headsets some just have a higher failure rate than others but that doesn't mean that the other thing like it or similar wont break everything has a good chance of breaking.

anyways i have had some freezing problems on my ps3 lately hopefully its just getting a little hot and needs to cool down.
