I'm just wondering whether you have to pay to play this game and I think that picture was from the CGI trailer at Sony's E3 conference. Im also not sure how 256 players will work, how laggy will it be, will it be just a chaotic mess and most importanly will it be fun?

I hope I can destroy stuff like in Battlefield Bad Company or Company of Heroes.

did you honestly just bring up an RTS?

Company of Heroes has destructible environments btw.

It can only be 256 players if that many people buy it, however...

I think all developers should name their games literally from now on.

Call of Duty - RWS (realistic war shooter)
Test Drive Unlimited - MOOR (massive online open road)
Metal Gear Solid - SAG (stealth action game)
Lair - POS
Final Fantasy - SBJRPG (story-based japanese roleplaying game)

this is the kind of creativity we need in the industry
And they say there is no good writers in gaming. (he said sarcastically)
Let me try my hand at this

Call Of Duty 4- Modern fighting shooting action game story
Need For Speed Most Wanted- large city driving chasing undercover racing sim story tuning resource managment fun game. LCDCURSSTRMFG
Halo-Shooter?
Mortal Kombat vs DC- Fan-fic-Fighter. FFF
Mad Men-TV-emmy-baiting-1960s era-ad-social comminatry-drama-history-story-show
Spore-game
L4D-zombie-zombie-zombie?

Hannah Montana;Hannah Montana-Molly Circus--game-timed challenges-mysteries-video game-clothing concert-tie in- customize designer. HMMCGTCMVGCCTICD
Hannah Montana Jam:music-sound-rhythm-Hannah Montana-Molly Circus-concert-tie in-video game.

You know if they never would have said that MAG is an acronym for massive action game, people wouldn't be bitching about the title. They would have just assumed it's a reference to the magazine on a gun and left it be.

Well an FPS or an TPS running at a decent FPS rate on the PS3 will always be better than an RTS or JRPG on the X360. Once I played an RTS on the N64 and I got so po'd at that BS that I had to quit the game. Hopefully we'll see some new JRPGs, SRPGs, JSRPGs and ARPGs in addition to all the FPS and TPS on the PS3 soon. PSP FTW!!

TTFN.

RTS games work fine on consoles.... try civilisation, command and conquer 3 or LOTR: BFME2 on 360.

Well the screen doesn't impress me, there is nothing in that single screen which makes it stand out.

I'll wait until I've some solid gameplay footage to go on, a well done preview or two never hurt either.

JHFKDFNFGJKFHDKF, are those the only holes you can find to pick in it now that it's not vapourware? Nevermind :D.

The screen looks tight, and I don't mind it being jaggy since it obviously isn't full resolution. The developer said it was cropped to focus in on the [massive] action. And obviously cropping will nullify a pixel counters job, so jaggies won't be quite so noticeable.
