Sathanas, why so serious about Wikipedia? Maybe you haven't hit University yet, but not only is Wikipedia not allowed ANYWAYS (or by any academic institution), but encyclopedias and any reference book older than 4 years are also not allowed. I'm saying this solely because you mentioned that we're the reason Wikipedia isn't taken seriously. Wikipedia isn't taken seriously in scholastic institution because, yes, all content is written by people who cannot prove their accreditation, and even if they can, it's not peer reviewed. Peer reviewed articles are the only thing allowed to be used when writing research papers in your literature review and references to past experiments. I know this because I've written research papers before and have much experience with it. Just felt like adding .02$ quote:
ORIGINAL: Satanas I'd still kill it. Besides, the amount of Wiki Nazis on that site will burn this page to the ground before I'm done yawning. It's articles like this (no integrity) that make me laugh at people who cite Wiki as a source (for anything). Nevermind, I just read it in a different context, but I'm still leaving my speech up there for all future patrons of higher education as a warning and notice. Don't use wikipedia, your teacher will drag you out back and execute you.
