Status: offline 		yeah thanks. I just played the demo and i liked it but it was hard as hell. The swinging has no give you have to be perfect. Im definelty getting braid though because that game is awesome. Totally worth the 15 bucks. Now i just need some freaking microsoft points.

Status: offline 		It comes out today right?!  I have to wait 9 hours to play it   I do think using the d-pad will be a sour spot for the 360 version but I suppose analog stick will do alright... just different is all

lol yeah well I heard some things about it   I wonder if some people will hate it because of that no jump button thing.  I remember Gears getting flack because you couldn't jump in it...  It's kind of the point in this game to not have the jump ability!

didn't the original not have a jump feature? i remember playing the game but i was really young that time so my memory of it isn't too sharp.
but yeah, i think a lot of gamers have become accustomed to having a jump button or block button these days.

anyway, i can't wait for this game.

Status: offline 		Yup the original did not have a jump button either it was all in the bionic arm which was really cool because you had to work around it.

Status: offline 		Whew I really had to hunt for this thread

So anyone played this bad boy yet?  Well other than me ;)

Pros: challanges - get your swing on with a bunch of little runs for times.  I won't be in any of the top 10 lists but still enjoyable
        hacking - fun little puzzle to do while tapping into the enemies radio
        boss fights - much more involved than they were back in the day

Cons: Map - original had better control and easier to see layout
        enemy encounters - not much was done to these other than make it slower and less fun
        neutral zones - other than the items and challange room they added they took away the punk feel to them.  In the original
                              they had enemies with attitudes, fun extras, and if you fired in there you were attacked to no end

Still a great game and nice addition to the downloadables
