I'd edge it to the playstation since there were a lot of games I liked

Resident Evil series
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy Tactics
Star Ocean 2
Wild Arms
Tomb Raider 1
Gran Turismo
Legend of Legaia
Galerians
Megaman Legends
Tony Hawk 1
Legend of Dragoon
Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver
Dino Crisis
Crash Bandicoot
Xenogears
Metal Gear Solid
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Einhander

I can probably think of more. There were just so many good games that it's rediculous.

I'd have to go with the Mega Drive, it was my first console (had to make do with my brothers home computers and arcade machines before then). it had great games on it like Sonic 2 and Rocket Knight Advantures and it looked good (and still does as I still have it).

Such a shame sega has gone down hill since the good old days, I work for em now as well which I'm affraid has made me even more jaded towards there modern games, as they just remind me of work.

You don't like House of the Dead, Nights, Rez HD, Samba De Amigo, Sonic Rush, Virtua Fighter, or Yakuza?

My favorite last gen. console would be the Xbox, although if Dreamcast wouldn't have died and Nintendo would have supported Gamecube more I might have liked them better. Still I got allot of awesome gaming out of it with titles like

Conker
Elderscrolls: Morrowinds
Half Life 2
Halo
Halo 2
Metal Gear Solid 2
Jet Set Radio Future
Panzer Dragoon Orta
Psychonauts
Shenmue 2

I still loved the Gamecube though.

For handhelds the Gameboy Advance is the only choice, I got all my great japanese imports on it and never felt I was missing a title

My collection includes

Astroboy: Omega Factor
Boundish (import)
Coloris (import)
Densetsu no Stafy (import)
Densetsu no Stafy 2 (import)
Densetsu no Stafy 3 (import)
Dialhex (import)
Digidrive (import)
Dotstream (import)
Drill Dozer
Gunstar Super Heroes
Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting (import)
LoZ: Minish Cap
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga
Ninja Five-O
Orbital (import)
Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire
Pokemon Leaf Green & Fire Red
Rhythm Tengoku (import)
Soundvoyager (import)
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Warioland 4
Warioware: Mega MicroGame$
Warioware: Twisted

And I plan on picking up:

Golden Sun 1-2
Megaman Zero 1-4
Metroid Fusion
Metroid Zero Mission
Sonic Advance 1-4
Super Robot Taisen Original Generation
Super Robot Taisen Original Generation 2

The GBA was a software beast.

I assume you are talking about the old Nights?, the arcade division is still coming out with a few good games but things like Afterburner Climax and HOTD4 are too short to make good console games. yes you get the odd good game (like Bleach) still but theres more rubbish now days then decent stuff.

Nights Wii was good with the classic controller...
