I would really think that their sales dept would be available now -- hell, they always want to sell something.....

EDIT: the default IP address didn't work. The "ipconfig/all" thing didn't work either. I remember putting something about ipconfig under "RUN" but I don't remember the "/all" part...

Oops. Ok, I didn't mean run, open up the DOS command window and type IPCONFIG /ALL. Make sure you have the space in there. The gateway address is what you type in, and I think you are right about leaving the password blank.
