Status: online 		I think there is little question to the fact that Gears of War 2 will be the biggest game sales wise... LittleBigPlanet may or may not be a great game but Sony won't give it the necessary marketing... Microsoft will advertise Gears until everyone has the Gears logo stuck in their thoughts and vision.

Status: offline 		Sales and Hype wise you have a point Gears of War 2 will win that battle, but in terms of gameplay LBP will be the best this fall, Gears of War 2 will be about as good as Resistance 2, yeah I like them both and about that comparison yeah I went there.

You're kidding, right?
RPG players don't play RPG games just for story (Mostly J-RPGs) or because they are forced to do it. They play RPGs because they are seriously fun.
I still have Fallout 2 installed on my system and play it because it's the most fun game I've ever played.
PC / Western RPGs are actually really fun games and Fable 2 or Fallout 3 will be no exception.

    shenanigans..... WaW will do great on COD4s coattail, unfortunately for those who will be disappointed....but Resistance will be in the top 5 and undoubltedly...... im hopin Fable tops the 360 charts since it will be INSANE

    Gears of War 2 and Call of Duty 5 will sell incredibly well, but I'm sure that the other 3 will make the top 5.

    Status: offline     		Yea but CoD5 wont have as much hype because they switched back to the WWII roots. I think that if they tried something new ( and put the amount of polish into it as they did for CoD4) then they could give even Gears2 a run for its money.

    Status: offline     		Well, sales-wise, I would imagine that Gears of War 2 will take a large slice of the pie. However, I have a feeling that Little Big Planet will give many big-name games a run for their money, if not beating them outright. I know of many people online and offline who are just dying to get their hands on LBP like nothing else.
