Red (or pink) lentils contain a lower concentration of fiber than green lentils (11% rather than 31%).[1] Health magazine has selected lentils as one of the five healthiest foods.[2] Lentils are often mixed with grains, such as rice, which results in a complete protein dish.

Once I was playing GTAIV on x-box live and there was this guy from London going nuts saying how all americans eat literally 50 burgers a day, he got all angry and people were laughing at him.

Don't worry, I know the line between stereotype and fact. I've been to America a few times, so I don't just assume like the silly person you just mentioned.

Although, I feel I need to add, out of all the stereotypes in existence, the ones regarding Americans seem to be the least far-fetched. Not necessarily true, but not exactly outlandish, either...

    The normal ones are but the "Little Cheesburgers" are the same size but just a single patty. I normally get those so I can load up on some Cajun Fries. Oh man, I need to get me some of those this weekend.
