the instructions on the divx site is mostly referencing PC's

i'll just wait for Sony's instructions then.

looks like there's going to be a video feature.
but they've already announced and launched the Video store.

weird.

there is going to be vod-as i always said,however it is just a pre-install(i think that is what it is called)but it wont be out for a little while yet-i'm thinking around mid-december.

and i guess Harper won the election.yay.

Status: offline 		anyone heard any brick reports? I havn;t but somebody posted this on another forum I frequent;

The latest PS3 firmware update thing has killed my PS3. Sometimes when I turn it on the icons don't show up (the ones that have the spinny circle thing when loading), and even when it does, I choose to load WipeOut and it doesn't work. Fails to load.

What The ****...

Not sure how true it is...

Status: online 		Well with every new update there is always someone with a bricked system somewhere. Some are lies but some are genuine.

That being said i absolutely love the new interface for registering your PS3. Not bad sony...not bad at all:)
Why do i have to synch my trophies though i don't get that

Status: offline 		Ever since the new update, whenever I try to stream any movies or shows over an hour long to my PS3 the playback is all jerky. It's pretty much unwatchable unless I copy it to the HD. Anyone else having this issue?

Status: offline 		Well Jesus Christ, that sucks. I use my PS3 for streaming shows and movies more than I do for games even. I've never had a problem with any of the so called "broken" firmware updates before now and I had them all, even 2.4 before the 2.41 update. Now the first time I notice an issue that matters and nobody else seems to care.
