Status: online 		Well ive finally reached my tolerance limit with the MASSIVE F_CKING SH_T that are the Naruto fillers on the anime so I finally started reading the manga! YAY just yesterday I ate thru 8 Volumes :P and keep on going Strong XD

I am MASSIVELY surprised how fast the mangas goes, like 20 episodes of the anime were like a single volume in the manga O.o

in here without fear of spoilers.

Massive catching up.

The anime(except for fillers) is better than the manga,though
it can be very slow. I feel it looks more spectacular and
the music being so perfectly handled facilitates and improves the
overall feel and pleasure. It easily helps to relate to the different characters better.

But that's only my opinion.

Now,I have some massive catching up with Bleach.Left at episode 60 or something like that.
Woooohooooooooo,I'm a rollercoaster turning round,good times (Skip the fillers).



I hit you hit it completely right about it being the Japanese Harry Potter.

Status: offline 		Im a big fan of Naruto and Bleach. ofcourse i like other animes as well like deathnote, Negima, and a lot of others. thje weird thing is i love bleach but ive only seen a couple of episodes. i think only seven or eight episodes.

Status: online 		The original Naruto the anime was better than the manga...BUT as soon as we switched to Shippuden the anime went to hell becoming HORRENDOUSLY slow for example the fight with Sasori in the anime takes AGES its ridiculously slow in the presentation and execution but in the manga its over before you know it -_- and thanks to the garbage fillers its just keeps on going downhill >.>

but I will agree the anime has a noticeable edge thanks to the whole soundtrack and how many parts will evoke such strong emotions thanks to the music, I mean the first "death" of Sasuke, Lees hard training and battle with Gaara, the death of the Hokage or Sasoris past and death all of those are not the same without the soundtrack..and I be the upcoming deaths will not be the same

stronger I feel.Shippuuden has some good things though.
The thing about the manga is that those fights end up in a jiffy,\.

You get the impression that they only fight for 20 seconds.
Asuma for example.

In general the anime drags the manga on and on and on..........and on. Still, when they last awhile but not, you know, for freaking ever (mirror image fights with team Guy anyone???) they become more epic in the anime. I just don't like the insult of being show the same frames on a loop.

I thought the fight against Pain was pretty underwhelming in the manga.

I think that is one of the risks of making it a hardcore Shonen, MANY of the other hardcore shonen the female side is ULTRA weak with very few exception were the role of some females really stands out (like Nami or Robin from One Piece)

Tsunade does have some depth - and I think her age-defying measures are interesting. It just bums me out that it's my favorite anime and when I think of my favorite characters, ones I want to see more of, not a single chick crops up. I was rooting for Hinata for awhile, but...well, maybe one day.

Any idea of when it will be posted?

That's the problem with creating a really strong and diverse universe.I
predict that by the end of the manga,lots of things will remain untouched and lots of characters unexplored.

Naruto=Best manga out there.

I have a list.but it's based on time factors.
I would put it at the top of my all time favourites.

Captain Harlock/Albator comes a close second.

While Bleach does seem to have a more original story,Naruto has a much more complex treatment of human relationships
and relies heavily on the identification process with its readers or viewers(More than Bleach).

why you ask?

FLASH BACKS
I can't remember shippuden episode when they didnt show some stupid flashback that happened some episodes ago......worst yet, the battle flash backs...
They reshow things over and over and over... the battle flash backs doesn't apply in the manga how ever.......to me it just feels like a very very stupid way of filling episodes to last 24 minutes...
*alil spoiler if your not up to date with the anime*
remember that scene in the anime when naruto was fighting orochimaru?....
when he was doing that kyubii crap....how long did that ggrrraaaagrhhrgaaaagrrrrrr last?
I don't see that happen to often in bleech, when its a fight its a fight :P

Status: offline 		I'm doing some catching up with Bleach right now. The overall plot is more interesting,
but there is no question about Naruto's superiority in the characters department. I'm already tired of
Inoue and Chad. Hummm,the bad thing with catching up with the manga is that I have to wait now to know
what happens next. Hopefully,they solve the mystery of the code in the next chapter now that Naruto
feels a little better.


I use Manga Fox for the mangas,and you?

I think the plot twists in Claymore are better. The manga has gotten so interesting now too.
