Hey guys, long time listener first time questioner. I tried to played metal gear solid 3 subsubsistence last year but the controls were just to impossible for me, I hear they have solved a lot of the control problems with 4, so my question is if someone hasn't played any metal gear game before (and no I dont want to go back and play the essential collection) would I be able to pick up metal gear 4 and understand what the hell is going on or is it a total lost cause?

Hey guys, been listening to the show for a long time and love it.  Real laid back and it reminds me of my friends and I as we chat about games.  Ok, I read an article on Kotaku   (http://kotaku.com/5016572/whered-all-the-in+game-color-go) about the use of realistic color schemes in games now.  It had me wondering, will developers ultimately give up on making good games with more than gray and brown color schemes?  And the real question, do you guys like the new drab, realistic color schemes (like GTA IV or Assassin's Creed) or old bright color schemes (like FF X, Sonic, Mario, etc.)?

Thanks for answer my question on the recent podcast and now here a tough one with a twist. Gambus must read the first question this time and zero can't answer or have his opinion

If Zero were ever to star in any movie what movie would it b ? ( I'll start with Pinocchio from Shrek)

If each of the crew control any gaming company for one year what company would you pick?

If MGS ever turn into an actual movie series what actor would the crew pick to play as Snake ?

If u had to choose one game between the Nintendo era and the Sega era for a next gen game what would it b ?

Keep up the good work and BAKKKKKKKKKAAAAAAAAAA

Hey guys, I have three questions. First, Zero, you mentioned that you plugged in headphones and played MGS4. What kind of headphones did you use? Are they plugged into your TV? I'm asking this because of the fact that the speakers on my TV suck ass, and I can't install a surround sound system in my room(it would be way too loud.) Second question is If you guys could make your dream game, who would you get to publish and develop it and what would it be about? My last question is I want you guys to go around the room and describe the person to your left.

BY THE WAY, YOU ONLY HAVE TO ANSWER THE FIRST QUESTION BECAUSE I CAN GO BACK TO THE PAST 20 EPISODES AND FIND OUT THE ANSWER TO THE OTHER QUESTIONS.

Keep up the great work.

This is not meant to spark fanboy controversy, but my classmates in school and even my teacher were strongly debating who would win. Spider man or Superman?

I say Spidey would win because he can easily eject kryptonite into his bloodstream and have the ability to shoot green kryptonite webbing. Thus owning Superman and making him his biatch.

OK guys since you asked us to fill up this thread, here is my flurry of questions:

1. Gambus, this is a follow-up question about your job as a security guard. Do you know any sort of martial arts like Kung Fu, Jujitsu, Taekwondo or Karate? If you do, have you beaten up anyone at work when it was necessary?

2. Boogieman, (hope you are there), I love the songs you guys make. Where do you got your inspiration? The lyrics on your songs just somehow seem to touch the right parts of my heart.T_T

3. ZT, I'm trying to get into writing video game reviews for my local community site. I was wondering what criteria you use to rate and give opinions to games? Other sites do stuff like, Graphics, Gameplay, sound, etc, etc, but its kinda boring when I read those kinds of reviews. Any tips on how to make reviews an interesting read?

4. Killer Wolverine, s'up dude! I understand you are studying website design now after taking A+. I'm getting an impression that you are a "techy" guy or maybe a geek even. So are ya?

5. Wombat, where'd you get the idea of doing the "brought to you by" segment? Can you do other voices? Or maybe depending on the mood of the news, maybe change to a suitable voice?

6. SPOILER ALERT = MGS4, I'm sure you guys have already seen the creepy "girl model" thingys? And what the hell is it with that moaning and groaning sound? Its making me shudder...

You always say you are dead serious when you say you will answer EVERY  question your fans post in this thread, so...
....What will you give to the person who's question you do not answer? Have you already not answered one question of your listeners?...Think haaaaaaaard

Hey again =). Loved your replies on my last question, and I still, amazingly =P, think its a supergreat show!

This weeks question is of personal experience: Have you ever been bullied/called names etc. because you're more then generealy interested in gaming? I have sometimes, but I usually take it with a smile and watch them get drunk and stupid =). What reactions did you make?

Don't stop the show before you reach 1000 episodes =D

Firstly, with Burnout Paradise receiving it's major game changing content (Codename Cagney) in July, will any of you be revisiting Paradise City? (The content is free by the way if that helps).

Next question: I must say... or rather, I must ask, who banned Gambus from saying "I must say"? It hasn't stuck since it would make frequent appearances on N4G podcast bingo, but I thought there might be a fun back story.

If you were left stranded on a desert island, which console would you... nah I'm kidding. My question is actually this: If you were left stranded somewhere, would you trust the PSP's satnav system to get you home? (Ignoring battery life). I ask because I want to know if it's worth getting it or just buying a standalone satnav. Oh, and how fricking awesome would it be to get a satnav that speaks to you in David Hayter's voice!

And finally, what happened to "Crew Qs You"?
Edit: You mentioned it last week, so by the time you read this I'm guessing you'll have something for us to think about.

I'll be back next week with some MGS themed questions.

To counter this problem I like to play a bunch loud rock meusic to get me pumped up to pone noobs. I want to know what you guys listen to to get pumped up while your playing?

O by the way are any of you guys going to review Battlefield: Bad company
beacuse I saw that it got a 9.25 in gameinformer which suprises me, and im getting it, so get back to me on that. Thanks

Wassup fellas?  Its been a while since I asked a question, but I wanted to ask you guys if you knew wether or not there was gonna be blind fire in Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway?    Also,  I would like to mention that I remember it was Gambus that said that it was his most anticapted title this year on the show awhile back.  I just wanted to know why?, because he really isnt a shooter kinda guy.  I too am looking forward to this game.  And I hope they make the ps3 version as good as they make the xbox version.  I better not hold my breath though  cause Ubi is making it.

Also, I would just like to say that finally, last gen gaming is coming to an end in August.  I wish most people would understand that we havent even scratched the surface in terms of what our next gen machines have to offer.  I will need to spend $480 dollars plus tax in the span of 2 weeks from August 26th, to Sept 16th if I want to get in on all the fun this fall.  I wanna buy Brothers in Arms, Mercenaries 2, Borderlands, Midnight Club: LA, Infinate Undiscovery, Rise of the Argonauts, TNA Impact,  and Socom.  And thats just the begining of the month. I hope I'll have enough money to be NBA live.

Everyone is gonna have so many games to play that noone is gonna have time to flame anymore and I think its great.  So what do you guys think?  Arent you guys excited?  It wont be too long before you guys will beable to talk about new games instead of games that have been around for 1 or 2 yrs already.  I bet your podcast will even be better than it is now.  Im so sick of hearing people talk about Uncharted's graphics being the best in the Biz  or Xbox's live being better than ps3's psn.  I just cant wait till this madness ends.  Sorry for making this long, but I just wanted to bring all this stuff up cause everyone is making a big deal about these things instead of being excited for the true gems that are right before our eyes. Thats my two cents. Let me know what you think.  Peace.

P.S.  Im gonna be a special guest on The Warzone.  It's a podcast that is on every Sunday night @thebitbag.com and I think that you guy's should check it out.  The show is awesome and I think everyone who likes humour and video game news would would really like this show.  Peace!

a. When is it appropriate to tell a friend that you love them? Have you ever let a "I love you" slip out of your mouth.
b. Have you told each other on the show that you love them?
c. When are 3d glass coming for a gaming?
d. I have notice that if given a choose between killing someone in a game or not, I choose not to. But when I do I feel bad about it. I never felt bad about stacking bodies before. Is it possible that gaming actually makes you less violent?
e. I have a hard time distinguishing the voice of Wombat from Killer Wolverine.
f. What is the prettiest accent to listen to threw PSN and/OR Live.
g. Smoking is still cool right?
h. If you haven't buy a PSP would you strongly consider buy one if PlayTv hit these shores(I am an American).
I. Your down by a couple in a deathmatch. How do you rally the troops?
J. People are real anger that there are so many 10/10 scores given out in the past year(starting with Bioshock). No one complains about the splitting of hairs in gymnastics. Do a glut of great games constitute a need for raising the bar? If so why don't people just tack on more point to the denominator?
K. Whose your favorite videogame journalist/podcaster? This is for Khan.
L. Have any of you seen your permeant record from school? I always heard about it but never saw it. Is seeing believing?
M. 1st game you ever bought? My was BlackBelt.
N. Everyone loves the epic boss battles in MGS, why do I play so many games without them?

Enjoy boys

Waz up guys i recently finished MGS4 and i have to say this is by far the best looking  ps3 game in my opinion. uncharted comes second for me. anyways i finally know everything. The patriots , who would of known? right zt?you were right, zero is the beginning. Anyways now that mgs 4 is out, what other games are you guys anticipating for the rest of the year? Each one of you have to answer. Your games could be from ps3 and 360 only! .
i noticed the thread is runnig low on q's so i'll ask two more.
1. the sarcastic gamer guys are always rippin on you guys saying that u guys are ps3 fanboys, but i think that they're wrong,i think u guys prefer the 360 over the ps3. i see u guys more often on live than on psn. i wanna know why you don't buy your multi platform games for ps3 ? is it because the ps3 has no achievements system?.
2. can any one recommend me a good lcd tv? not too expensive 40 inches and higher please.

Hey guys love the show.

Firstly, why wont Microsoft let me change my gamertag when I create it? I didnt mean to accept this tag, i was getting frustrated with the idea that so many of them were already taken that I randomly typed 'apesiatomy' which is a complete misspelling of a horribly frightening act. I now see that I have to spend 800 points to change it. Quite rough. what is the reason for that?

Also, I have noticed that you guys seem to play a lot of games. (stupid comment I know, but please keep reading.) Do you guys purchase most of the games that you play? I am curious to know what kind of work you guys do in order to pull off purchasing so many games each month.  Oh well, I guess my main question is - how much do you guys spend on games out of pocket each month asside from trade-ins?

First time poster long time listener....Here is my Q for the Crew!

What do people think the chances of Sony working out a software based solution backwards compatability solution for those PS3's that don't have it? The reason I ask is because mine doesn't and having played MGS4 having not played MGS3 has left me wanting to play it rather than just read about it. I remember a few months ago Sony advertised for a PS3 emulators job so it could be possible. Also with this in mind do you think once the PS2 ceases to be a viable format we will see them on PSN? I do as Sony have always said they hate the preowned games market and cheap prices for them downloadable would help eradicate this without annoying the retailer.

Greetings all the way from Sweden, you guys have no idea how many graveyardshifts you have saved for both me and my coworkers over here. Just have to thank you guys for what has probably become one of the most entertaining gaming podcasts around. The unique personalities and laid back style of the podcast goes a long way together with some really awesome humor to make this podcast so great to listen to. One thing that really bothers me tho, and this ties into my question, is that I have NO faces to put the voices to and this is something that can really take away from a podcast experience. So my question is: do you have any serious plans of creating some kind of page with photos of yourselves ( I heard you talking a little bit of this during a recent podcast)? I am tired of imagining up crazy pictures in my head of a tough looking security guard dude with a golden heart, a love for RPGs and a deep soothing voice.
Keep up the good work and dont forget, you are big in Sweden!
