Sup Guys, Kay-Z here (sound like a really whack rapper lol).

Question:  Which game soundtrack would you listen to if you were forced to drive your gunshot wounded cousin, who sounded like Niko Bellic, to a mafia doctor.

For me, it would be Ridge Racer 4's (PS1) soundtrack, one of my fav. game soundtracks ever created.

Firstly;

I should make something clear about my username which can't be helped and I know you guys had no reason to know! My username is mostly flameboy but I have got so used to that name already being taken. So I use the prefix NE after it as I am a staff member on N-Europe.com (not a cheap plug!) so kinda made sense and thats what I did with my PSN ID as well..

perhaps I should have had it as flameboy.n.e/n-e or something....damn it nevermind. flameboyne does sound quite amusing though!

With that in mind my first question is;

Can I change my username? :P

and more serious;

Do you think we will see the best out of the PSN trophy system and ingame XMB on the PS3? Or will it take the companies next console to fully reap the benefits of their online infrastructure much like the current state of Live on 360 is an evolution of what stood before on the original Xbox?

Finally;

Would you have prefered to see a HD Megaman 9? I know people who are quite happy that is it sticking purely to Wii and would actually prefer this to a beautifully hand drawn HD version ala Streetfighter 2 HD remix.

Have any of you played any of the Descent Freespace(that series not the ones before it) games? Being that Interplay is supposedly coming back, do you think they will make another one? Are you excited? And what else do you want interplay to bring back?

Hey guys. I think I've got some good stuff for you this week.

If you could ask Hideo Kojima one question, what would you ask him? Personally I'd want to know if he had any idea how MGS4's storyline would play out when he was making MGS1. The story just fits in so well, surely that was planned?

Still on MGS: Do you find some of the little flashback sequences hard to see and ultimately pointless? 3 still images blurring on my screen just doesn't help capture old moments I feel. (But the audio flashbacks in Act 4 are sweet).

And finally, will any of you play MGS4 through again in the near future? In order to get Stealth or the Bandana for example? Anyone?

1. There has been some speculations about the next Metal Gear being a prequel, but it was debunked by Konami or what ever. But if you should make the next Metal Gear, who should you play as, an already created person or would you create an all new set of characters. Also what time would the story be set in.
I would like to see Metal Gear with Raiden or rather Jack the Ripper. A game about Raiden being a child soldier also since it is a "good" theme.

2. I dare you to discus what games has the best graphics Killzone 2 or Gears of War 2. You have to pick a side unless you are a chicken!! BOK BOK BOK BOCOCK

Also how many Drebin points do you got

Take all these questions as one question.

What are the feelings that have not gone unexplored? What themes, what game play elements that would add to the richness of gaming?
What would make an 11 out of 10? What is perfection in the platonic sense? How far can the medium go, or what is the limits of the medium? What lessons from other mediums have yet to be learned?

Gambus hear a question that really need an answer

Why do Final Fantasy fanboys celebrate "The Death of Aeris" like it's a holiday?

KW- What features would u expect to see in GOW 2

Zero- If u had to choose between Guitar Hero III and Rock Band what would u pick because i'm interested in buying one of those games?

Hello guys, like many others first time poster, long time listerner.. really enjoy the podcasts so keep up the good work, (haha like it's work) was quite impressed with your British impersonations at the start of the last podcast, though only wolverine i think got it spot on,( person that said bloody nice one guv'na i believe) I still find it hard to tell the difference between some of you. anyways, I have a question or two...

With this boom of rythem based games and motion interactive games for the wii... if you could make a "insert activity" revoloution/hero/star to capture the industry with... what would you invent? As a small time b-boy I would quite enjoy a breakdance hero haha, you could use the psEye or the ms one to good effect, and it could help teach people who were interested in taking it up. but yeah, any creative ideas guys?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but how do you go about creating your podcast? the beauty of your podcast compared to other sites is the fact it sounds like a sunday evening get together. Is a lot of the conversation pre-planned, or is it literally spur of the moment and then edited afterwards.. just curious.

Anyways, guess that'll do for now haha. Enjoy E3 boys and we all look forward to the next episode.
- Jay

hey guys this is my first time posting but ive listened to a good number of the podcasts.  I've got a couple of question for your metal gear episode.

1. What was your favorite act in the game and why?
2. What was your favorite boss fight and why?
3. What was the tactic you used on your first playthrough(stealth or shooter)?

Anyone and everyone can answer this question.
Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I know these questions are really late since your metal gear episode was a couple of podcasts ago but can you just give some quick answers, also if someone has played it that wasnt on the metal gear podcast they can answer for the first time.

Zero, I just wanted to know if I was the only one to see this. During the Physco Mantis Cut scene when he was moving your controller there was a cue to press the X button and the hidden message was rumble is back and the image was of a 360 controller.

Hey Crew. I love the podcast. I just wanted to thank you guys for mentioning Viking a few podcasts ago. I picked it up for the XB360 pretty cheap and it is (as Gambus would say) Mmmmm. Pretty Good. I love the hack and slash genre. I have 360 and a Wii and have been thinking about getting a PS3 but the only game that I want to play on the system is "Metal Geeeear!!!! Solid 4". Give me a couple of good reasons to pick up a PS3 besides the fact that it is the best Blue Ray Player out there. I really wish the PS3 would have more good games out for it.

P.S. I'm and action/first person gamer not an RPG gamer. Althought I did like Mass Effect.

I asked my Q 2 weeks ago, but because of the MGS4 spoiler podcast you did not answer any Qs...so I hope you already answered it before coming to my 2nd Q for this Podcast....

So i watched the max payne movie trailer and it was awesome. The story of max payne 1 was not that awesome of story..it was good but not bioshock + MGS kind of good. my friend was very angrey because of me saying that, you see his nickname is MAXNEO...so  you can tell how much he loves these games ( and the matrix ).
My Q is what do you think of the story of max payne 1, whats your fav video game story , and how can you compare the story of other games to the max payne story ?
Thanks love the show and sorry for the long Q

(I think it was a white Dualshock 1, not a 360 controller).

Here's an interesting question for you guys though, which animal do you think matches each console the best? You don't have to limit your thoughts to the Wii, PS3 and 360, feel free to say what the PSP or Dreamcast etc are most like.

Something tells me the Jaguar won't hold up to it's name any more.

Who would you make a patron saint of gaming and why?(or even nominate for a nobel prize)
this can be anyone for any reason but someone you think deserves this.
i would say all of you cos i would never be able to just pick one lol.

hey, hope you guys have had a good week, just had another question, not sure if it's been asked before but anyways...
so I was playing through jade empire again recently, trying out different styles and what not and going through as a closed palm ninja, anways.. I can only think of 4 recent games off of the top of my head that use a good/evil system mainly bioware titles, but yeah rambling on now, my question. Do you find it hard to play through as an evil character? I found it hard to go through mass effect answering everything like an **** to get my renegade up, same goes for KOTOR when trying to be a sith, i guess it's more the conversation then doing things "low brow" but I feel like a right **** trying to be evil in these games, whats your slant on this?

Hey guys. As always great podcast and i love how much you guys interact with the people that actually listen to your podcast.  So ive been trying to think of some good questions to ask you and i think i have one.

If you guys could only play one genre for the rest of your life what would it be?

Something tells me Gambus will say rpg's.
I think the Wombat will say sports games because there is no way he's giving up mlb the show for the rest of his life.

Anyway thanks again for answering the questions and keep up the excellent work on the podcast.
