Well some people online are saying it might help to add your PS3 to the DMZ. If you haven't done that before it's kind of complicated. You would need to go to the network settings on your XMB and set a static IP for your PS3. I use 192.168.1.111, then log into your routers firmware at either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 and enable the DMZ, then place whatever IP you set aside for your PS3 in the DMZ, save and reboot. Default login for Linksys is usually "admin" without a password, but if you're running wireless you've probably been in there before. And I wouldn't worry too much about security risks. Exposing your PS3 isn't likely to cause any problems for you and your PC(s) will be pretty much as secure as ever. Other than that people on other forums just suggested trying it during off peak hours if it still won't work. Good luck. Edit: You probably know most of that already.
