my connection is at 80-95%
im trying to download the update for warhawk that gives trophies, but when i try to download it it says

error during download operation and i have been trying all day

just try unplugging the router then plugging it back in

i dont know if it helps but i have a 60 gig

and yes i tryed that (unplugg router)

i have wireless but i dont think the internets the problem because i can still go on the net on my ps3 so.......i gues its just my connection with the psn?

The Warhawk servers were down eariler in the day, don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Oh, and this update does not give Warhawk trophies, that's next at 1.5

Well some people online are saying it might help to add your PS3 to the DMZ. If you haven't done that before it's kind of complicated. You would need to go to the network settings on your XMB and set a static IP for your PS3. I use 192.168.1.111, then log into your routers firmware at either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 and enable the DMZ, then place whatever IP you set aside for your PS3 in the DMZ, save and reboot. Default login for Linksys is usually "admin" without a password, but if you're running wireless you've probably been in there before. And I wouldn't worry too much about security risks. Exposing your PS3 isn't likely to cause any problems for you and your PC(s) will be pretty much as secure as ever.

Other than that people on other forums just suggested trying it during off peak hours if it still won't work. Good luck.

Edit: You probably know most of that already. I'm not trying to talk down to you, I just don't know how much you really know about networking.

i didnt download it but i went mental when i found out i downloaded a less than 300k/b game super star dust but later on allowed me to download a demo and upgrade to the full game lol..was just bout to ring em up and blast them

as for you issue i think its the servers bro

I had a 60 gig too. I sent it to sony for repairs and its coming back next moday (21st). I used to get that problem everytime I wanted to download a patch for a game but after about 20 tries I would somehow do it. That problem was fixed by a patch... 2. something...
