I'm looking for a headset with 5.1 sound. Do you have any recommendations?

What's a multiplatform headset? As far as i know PC headsets work with PS3 but not 360. Don't think there are any headsets that work on 360 and PS3

Doesn't 5.1 mean 5 directional speakers and 1 subwoofer? How they hell can you have a headset with all of that?
