That's the sort of article that makes me lament the fact that comments generate temperature. Articles get front-paged because they get a hundred "this is a terrible article" comments.

If i remembered correctly you can't sumbit the article again if it fails. The sad thing is, its the same person who submitted it.

The original probably shouldn't have been failed. If I'd caught the later one in pending, I would have made the correction but as it is - live and thriving - the second submission can stand.
