Any news on when Playstation Premiere is? Wasn't it 4 days after E3 last year? And with the Resistance 2/Project Abraham countdown, 4 days and 6 hours left...

Guys, go download the Sizzling video from the PlayStation store. You will notice a guy like metroid prime jumping high wearing a Crysis like suit. Sony showed the trailer during the E3 conference, but it did not have that segment.

Am I alone in thinking Fracture might be crap?

And what happened to Microsoft's secret "MGS killer" that seems to have been forgotten? Nothing ever comes of these things.

Wasn't that Splinter Cell way back then in the XBOX days before the deception sunk in?

I'm not sure if those were Microsoft's words, but a while ago, a few Microsoft executives saw footage of a game that was being touted as a "MGS killer", and were apparently thoroughly impressed. But, since then I haven't heard anything about it, and everyone seems to have forgotten about it. Unless it was debunked and I missed it.

@ Harry: The article stated that it wasn't Splinter Cell, but the game may have suffered the same fate as Splinter Cell and got pushed back for an entire re-doing, or it may have simply been cancelled altogether and swept under the rug.

Ubi Soft screwed that entire series over with their ridiculous lack of creativity, and I'm rather angry at that, since it was probably my second favourite stealth series. Unless they make a prequel game and take the series back to its roots, I can't say I'll be buying the game.

M$ has no MGS killer. It will fail in that regard.

Killzone was hyped as a Halo killer, and as a Halo killer it failed. As a game however, it was quite good.

To me, Resistance was the Halo killer Sony needed, and ironically it was never hyped to be one.
