Kickstarter Projects - Monday, April 02, 2012 4:39 PM ( #1 )
Wanted to make a thread for people to link to various cool projects they've found on kickstarter.  I've been kind of addicted to it lately, especially in the board/card game category.  Here are a few current projects I've donated to.

I've been thinking of starting one.  My dog, dorry, a mini dachshund has cancer, the surgery is about $1,500 and we can't afford it, hopefully it won't come down to having to make a choice.

That sucks man.  Well all I can suggest is making it very personable.  Share a funny story, a few pics and maybe even a video if you have one of Dorry.  Shouldn't be hard to get the money raised.  Wish I had kickstarter around back when my dog had cancer 8 years ago.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe try Reddit too? I've seen people make posts about funding for their pets that get massive attention.

So, who's starting the KickStarter to make sure Rage is never allowed to go shirtless?

Holy crap that Zpocalypse game sounds bad ass! And man those are some sweet prizes they are giving to the high rollers! The game completely modeled after your house, community, and family/friends?? What a game!

Just invested in one of these.  I used to love lucid dreaming back when I had the time to train myself to do so.  Hopefully these will make it much easier.  I remember back in the day a mask like this cost around $300.

Had no idea there was a fallout fan made film, let alone a web series.  Watching them now, and loving them haha.

I kinda wanna make one for the lulz, see if I can't get either equipment for my band, or the rest of the money for the Storm Trooper Armor (I got 200).

Apart from the Wasteland 2 and Class of Heroes Kickstarter projects I haven't had much interest in the others.

I would like more Kickstart plans to localize Japanese RPGs.Would make me happy and so forth.

That one looks plain awesome, it's the first Kickstarter project that I've backed. They've got a talented team to back it up, which gives me confidence in the product.

Just funded Peter Molyneux's newest ambition, GODUS.  He's taking the bets parts of Populous, Fable and Black & White and putting it into one game.  Hope it's great.  Honestly I would have much rather donated my life savings towards Black & White 3 though...

I just received the first project I funded in the mail.  They work, but this isn't something where you purchase it and receive it a few weeks later.  It could take months, even longer, to see them come to fruition.  Still waiting on my zombie board game that I funded in the first post.  ETA is this Spring.

Hope it'll get funded. I pledged myself a few days ago, looks really interesting and I love their interaction with the community.
