I had enough after the second game, no thanks. 

I bet you they will try and focus on the crappy multiplayer, which will make the sp suck too... oh the huge manatees.

Crysis 2 sucked

First was pretty awesome at the time of release, second was a big fat "meh", might as well make the third on an iOS game.

Only if it makes me seem clever, if not then no.

Really? Next gen is coming and they release this for this gen? Why?!? Dammit Crytek, why you so dumb?

It looks like Crytek is just trying to stick a fork in this franchise so they can move on to something else. After C2's ending, with the idea that it could go anywhere after that, it looks like they're just gonna pick up where the last left off. They made the big mistake with 2 that some of these companies make with shooters (Killzone, Resistance) which is abandoning your characters and plot! Imagine if Naughty Dog did that with Uncharted? (Retarded!)

Now, it could still be a decent play. Crysis 2 was worth the 10 bucks I payed for it on Origin. Although again, this is going to be a consolized game, no doubt. We're likely looking at Crysis 2.5 here. I can only imagine it running like turd on the consoles (along with the rumors that it won't even be on PS3, I wouldn't be surprised)

What I was hoping for...was the fact that they showed a CryEngine 3 demo in a forest. I really thought that's where they would be going, and maybe they will with a new game that they have higher hopes for, so they're just bleeding Crysis out. If this means for something better in the future with a new IP, then so be it, but I think I speak for many when I say that Crysis was franchise that had so much potential. 

    

 

Ahh Crytek.. how far you have fallen. Your games are bad and you should feel bad.
