Saw it. Wasn't very graphic or anything. Pulls out gun. Points to head. Falls over.

Don't know why he just didn't shoot himself in the car.

He finally realized that he had absolutely no chance of getting away.

I personally didn't have a problem with it because I understand it was a mistake. There was no blood, Little Jimmy would have seen worse when he finally learns "of that there intranet and them evil vidyagames".

Chases are common but suicides after a chase is a doozy.

Why would they blame the Muslims for it? We all know whose fault this really is... Kon.

what a load of BS they showed this beaus they wanted it to be shown... there is a tape delay. They all saw it waited for it to happen then cut the feed...

This is just another example of MSM pushing many agendas...

This one is lack of respect for human life.  Desensitizing the public...

Lol, the fact that the NEWS shelters people from this kind of thing is what's wrong, not desensitizing the public. Guts and gore is fine in the movies and video games, but once it hits real life, OH NO THAT AINT COOL.

If people cannot accept that this is life and **** happens, then they need to stay locked in a bubble in their basements. Especially considering the fact that you cannot even see anything, the cleanest suicide I've seen ever online or on TV.

Actually, the blame should go towards Borderlands.
The violent video game idolizes suicide as seen on the main box cover itself.

It is no coincidence that this event occurred merely a week after the release of the newest installment, Borderlands2.
The people who developed this game were the same people who developed the heinous game 'DukeNukemForever', which encourages children to shoot firearms while under the influence, and to treat women as objects.

He's kidding of course... you know, because the media always blames video games for violence (it used to be rap music before).

It's sad how you use video games as a scapegoat for violent behavior like this but is Borderlands really at fault? No. The blame goes solely on this years release of another Resident Evil Movie. It was a movie so terrible it was obviously the reason if was in a chase in the first place and killed himself afterwards. The pathetic excuse for a movie forced this man to rethink his life it was the 5 stages of grief. Denial was what he did before the chase. Anger was the events surrounding just before and during the chase. He stopped because he reached the Bargaining stage where he believed that maybe if he suffers the horrors of jail time he'll forget which leads us to Depression. He realizes how terrible the movie was regardless of any justification he may think up and when he accepts that there is no way to forget what he has seen he Accepts that the only way out is suicide.

Re:So Fox News Aired A Suicide - Monday, October 08, 2012 11:53 PM ( #17 )
From knowing how this works in news TV...there is usually 7 seconds of delay from the station broadcasting, to the live feed. These 7 seconds are put in for reasons like this...they have 3 staff usually that have the authorization to switch cameras...another 2 or 3 staff to cut the feed, and someone in the same room with those same people who says "that's ok" if something odd happens on the air. So 6-8 people just stood there "uhh he just shot himself, should we do something"...this was something that was planned to air...not that they planned a guy to do this, but they had something planned "Next time something big happens, don't cut it"....

Notice how the hype only lasted for a day or 2...The network heads didn't acknowledge this...they didn't get in trouble with anyone...but NBC gets tons of fines for showing a boob during the super bowl
