So I was cleaning out my garage and found RESIDENT EVIL 3: NEMESIS - Monday, November 19, 2012 8:41 AM ( #1 )
Brand new, unopened, with original shrink wrap still on and intact.....PS1 version.
I remember getting it back in 2000, but somehow I guess I forgot to play it because I was playing EVERQUEST and ASHERON'S CALL, my first MMORPGs.

I was thinking about cracking it open and putting it into my PS3.  But then, for sh17s and giggles, I check the price of the game on AMAZON...

HOLY SMOKES!
$299.99 & $249.95

So....

Any takers?

If I didn't already own a physical copy and a psn copy I....still prolly would'nt pay that much for it. If it was RE2:DS edition sealed on the other hand....

You can get it on eBay for under $30. Lots of copies up there, very few with bids.

Yeah...true....
but those are all used, some of them with missing stuff.
And then, don't forget, that PS1 disks scratch pretty easily.

Mine is better than mint condition.......it's brand spankin new.

I think it might and/or should be classified as a collectible.

Good luck with getting that much money for an old game that has millions upon millions of copies floating around out there.
You can set up an amazon account and try to sell it though. It costs $0.99 to list an item.

300$? You crazy?

People who want to play it are better off torrenting it and then using an emulator to run it on their PC's.

Continue to hold on to it.   Collectors love unopened games.

To this day I regret throwing away my steel battalion controller.  I guarantee that will be worth money in mint condition a few years from now.

Reminded me I still have my PS1 demo discs in the shrink wrap from the first issues of Playstation Magazine.

Curious how much those are worth, additionally with the magazines them self. They're still mint.

Thanks B Man.

Your advice actually helps serve as a voice of encouragement.

I will hold onto it and the others I found......I also found a fresh unopened copy of FEAR EFFECT.

Thanks
