http://megagames.com/news...tress-test-disc-leaked A Microsoft internal RROD stress test disc has been leaked and is currently available for download through a p2p network. It seems that the disc was forgotten inside a repaired Xbox 360 console when it was returned to its owner who decided to rip it and upload it to the whole world. The disc is labeled "Ping 17 Test Media" and it is about 7300 MB in size. Why would anybody do that to his console is beyond us, but the disc is out there. TheRot so? why does this matter? Because now everyone can RRoD their 360s before the warranty is up and get new ones..

2008? Old story is old... Pretty sure they have solved the whole RROD problem, and any warranties on the older xbox models have long expired. @The Rot, they were sending new xboxs back when this article was published when MS came out with that extended warranty program. That has been expired for quite some time though...

AuToFiRE Because now everyone can RRoD their 360s before the warranty is up and get new ones.. I'm all for trying to revive the forums...but this has got to be one of the worst threads ever.

Off topic -- ( Not Really ) The whole RROD fiasco is the reason i won't jump onto Microsoft's next console immediately, now if they have a third part do the Hardware for them, i'm putting my money down on a Pre-Order as soon as i can. Like Google does with their Nexus Product Range.
