What would be the point in dropping $600 on a console when you could build a gaming pc for the same price? Makes no sense.

My PC has costed me already ~3000 euros, and I expect PS4 to be very powerful so I have a reason to buy it. Consoles tend to have more of quality games, don't get me wrong, I know that there are **** loads of PC games and I play them everyday, but all the games I really desire only happen to come out for PS3 and some rare gems on 360 too.


So there is a reason why I agreed originally with his comment. The more expensive PS4 will be the hopefully more powerful components it will have.

An $800 (600 euros) PC will run every game in existence on ultra settings. What on earth did you spend 3000 euros on, a solid gold case?


Also I disagree about consoles having higher quality games, I haven't turned my 360 on in over a year and still haven't found a reason to and the only reason I turned my PS3 on was to play Twisted Metal. Console exclusives died out a few years ago, now we get 1 or 2 good ones a year if we're lucky.

Well, I spent the money on best under 1000 euro processor I could find, watercooling the whole system, including the two GTX 670's, 32 GB 2400 MHZ memory and two SSD's. Sad thing here is that I still cant run Crysis on 2560x1440 on ultra. :P And Arma 2 is like 15 FPS on highest. If I counted all the peripherals too, the cost would be between 4000-5000 euros.

Have to add that my hobby is my computer. :) Thats why I spend so much money on it, basically I spend all of it.

The context of this quote was "Should Sony release another 600 dollar console". 

Murder_Dolls was something else.

When she was a 360 fanboy, that's when I convinced everyone MD was a chick lol

...being the sony fanboy I was back then -_-

I was a Ps3 fanboy...then a 360 one...then a neutral. It was just because I was so disappointed with Ps3's release and PSn sucked back then. This site was riddle with 360 wankers back then haha, oh how the times have changed.

I used to hate MD cause of his rabid Xbox love. Bubbled him down countless times. Now we're best bros cause of Steam. PC gaming brings people together.
