If you pre-ordered a WiiU from Gamestation then they might owe you a free Pro Co

If you pre-ordered a black Nintendoland bundle WiiU from Gamestation before 01/11/12 then they owe you a an additional black pro controller. This is because Gamestation incorrectly advertised the bundle to include the Pro Controller when really only the ZombieU bundle should come with it, they only changed the instore advertising to correct this on 01/11/12 so if you ordered before that date then you are entitled to a free pro controller.
 
I pre-ordered my WiiU in the middle of October and paid a deposit on it, at this point Gamestation become obliged to provide the customer with the bundle that was advertised at the time the deposit was placed. When i picked up my bundle they tried to get out of it but luckily i had some video evidence of me comparing the offers on the shelf from when i placed the pre-order.

At first Gamestation tried to get out of it but once i showed them my evidence they provided me with the Pro Controller for free. This means i got the Nintendoland bundle + pro Controller for £ 309.

You must have placed the pre-order before 01/11/12

Thats funny because if you ordered it from Amazon they gave you an extra copy of NintendoLand
