i am not a star trek fan and i loved the 1st movie really looking forward to this one
I watched The Next Generation as a kid, only because the crappy TV in my room would only get basic channels and that usually ended up being the only thing on... but I don't consider myself a fan. The movie was amazing though, it's in my top 10 of all time right now.

Khan had to be the most intense villains I've seen in a long time. I loved the look of the Klingons in the film as well. Not much to hate about this movie to be honest. 5/5 stars

Spoilers... maybe...
Yeah, it was really good. Only thing that bothered me was it seemed to rushed through the story line. If the movie was half hour longer it would have been better to get more plot in there. Ending also seemed rushed, a year later, blah blah... if they showed some rebuilding after all that happened and stuff would have been better also.

Yes, it's especially true with John Harrison's odd shifts in middle and end. The final twist is simply stupid as well. I thought this sequel was mediocre, but then again I didn't care for the reboot either. I'm tempted to post a full review in the 'last movie watched' thread because of my annoyances with it.
