Pretty sure hipsters are the polar opposite of MTV's demographic.

I hope the next xbox is backwards compatable or lets me buy 360 games from live.  It's been a while since I played red dead, and I'd like the ability to play it again when I get the next xbox.

Look, the easiest definition of hipster is one who ONLY likes things that aren't popular.  If what they do like becomes popular, they'll shun it instantly.

Not necessarily true. Things that are "unpopular" or unknown generally are better than anything that has massive recognition. Look at what happened to Slenderman. Started off at something scary and creepy, an urban myth. Now we have people writing and drawing gay porns about him.

I gave you a valid reason as to why someone may like something as it's not well known who isn't pretentious, that's my point. As I said, there is no valid definition to hipster. Kon called me a hipster because I liked Metal. I tell that to my friends and they burst out laughing asking "Wait is this person retarded?"

Again, what you're saying is full of **** because you don't even know what the term indie means.  Not to mention, what's wrong with hating "mainstream" stuff? So because someone doesn't want to listen to the same 4 chords and same bpm all the time just with different faces means they're a hipster?  90% of the content put out that is intended for "mainstream" appeal is terrible anyway. People like Nicki Minaj can't rap to save their lives and have horrible beats. Katy Perry has maybe 2 good songs, not to mention she cannot actually sing. Content most "pop" is pretty bland and terrible too, promotes nothing in the form of thoughtfulness, provokes no questioning or thought.
