Sony will pick The Last Guardian, Getaway, GG new IP

I think it will be not a FPS but a Third person shooter/ FPS  like a rainbow six type of game play....

I think the reason we seen none of this game last e3 is because they have bumped it to next generation

Microsoft I think will pick New Halo, black Tusk Ip, and Perfect Dark

In some form I know Halo 4 just came out what not...  it is hard to say form the looks of things 343 industries nailed Halo 4.
I don;t know if they are 2 game developer or is MS would appoint a new developer to make a launch halo is 343 can not handle two games...

This game is to be as MS says  "next big IP to rival their most successful series, Halo." So if it can be half os good as halo it will do very well...


Perfect Dark
This one is kinds of iffy... I wonder about it... if they do make this game I don;t know if rare will have to much to do with it... maybe who knows...


Also think they will have some big for Connect..  a big name brand project... I think they are going to keep pushing this product and I think it will be bundled with the base system...

Kratos finally gets his revenge and is now god of gods of the gods. he then gets revenge on revenge. With no more revenge to be avenged, he gets revenge on himself..... wit his hand

Killzone 4: killzone 2's trailer- the game

The original cgi trailer for killzone 2 is now the actual game for killzone 4. However the opening trailer for killzone 4 is the target render for killzone 5, and we all wait to buy that

Here is what I see happening at launch, besides a bunch of delays:

Sony:

Uncharted - Naughty Dog
New IP from one of Sony's in-house studios
MGS - this will be next gen title and not current gen

Microsoft:

Black Tusk Studios  
Halo (developed by a surprise studio)
Forza 

Launch is always a hard call, especially with launch delays.  If one thing history tells us, a new console cycle always brings new IP's at launch!! :)
I may change my mind on these later.  Hard to remember all the first party material.

As for multiplatform games, I imagine the usual culprits. Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed and the likes. Would be surprised to see a Metal Gear game out that early though, KP usually wait a little while.

I don't know which of these two consoles I'll actually end up buying but it'll probably end up coming down to the hardware itself and I suppose the launch titles, I'd have taken the PS4 no questions asked if MGS was still a Sony exclusive, but for me exclusives have pretty much lost their relevance at this point. Having said that I do doubt a Metal Gear launch title, especially if GZ is out this year and these systems launch by late 2013


If Sega got around to releasing another Valkyria Chronicles (launch) title for the PS4 instead of those godforsaken Sony handhelds, I think I'd not even take another glance at the 720 before making a purchase decision. But I do believe Sega has lost any wit they once had

UPDATE:  Oh, thanks FATMANGOBOOM, never heard about Black Tusk Studios.... this is exciting!!!  Truly love new IP's!!   This brings me back to the excitement of the first Halo.  I was so pumped for this game and the first Microsoft console.  This is headed in the right direction!

Xbox Live is always being updated and I truly do love the Xbox Live experience.

Sony on the other hand has a very expansive first party support as does Nintendo.  If they keep pumping out great titles this next gen, all will be fine.  Both companies just need to work on the OS/store etc.... As it stands now,  it's too slow and sluggish, but not a huge disadvantage really.

Here's hoping all 3 consoles will have a successful next gen and all the gamers will be happy and broke! :)

Valkyria Chronicles  is an awesome awesome awesome game... I was so sad to learn that it went to the vita... if I was to get a vita this would be number one on the list....
