The link is below. Let me state that I DO NOT know if this is real or fake. All I was told was that once Kaz stepped off stage he went to answer questions on the chat. People were asking about the PS4 and then supposedly typed this in. Again, I AM NOT CLAIMING THIS IS REAL. Thought I would post this to gauge if this appears to be true or not. Yeah of course it completely true...
C'mon, a professional like Kaz is really gonna tell a bunch of industry nobody's that Sony intend to announce PS3's successor at E3 2013...yup sure!!
Although it is entirely possible an E3 annoucement is on the cards...no way did he make that comment. That would be absurd.

Announcing that PS4 will be announced at E3 is itself an announcement of the PS4, thus making it impossible to "announce" it at E3 as it would have then already been announced, thus making this post inherently contradictory
