No. By connecting it directly to your monitor via HDMI, or some other form of connection. You cannot connect your PS3 to a graphics card. The graphics card is sending HDMI Out and so is the PS3 If your monitor only has DVI inputs you can buy an HDMI->DVI converter or cable.
