A lot of things on mars look different from a distance. Until I see a metallic arm up close, I'll reserve judgement. Probably just a piece of one of the dozen probes/rovers we've sent there any ways.

they only move the stupid robot like 1 inch per week... At that pace they are never gonna discover anything but rocks and more rocks. But it's kind of interesting because I watched 2001 A Space Odyssey (1968) the other day (they went to Jupiter) and the way they depicted the alien landscape is exactly like in the pictures from Curiosity. Just a bunch or rocks and mountains. lol I hope curiosity finds a monolith so we all can go to hell, or maybe become gods? Or whatever that weird ending meant. Panoramic view of Mars for those that haven't seen it yet. It looks just like a destroyed Earth. Absolutely no life anywhere. Not even a single tiny piece of grass.

Curiosity has discovered more on this mission than any previous rovers ever have. Anyway, as for this metallic object, it is probably just and melted iron meteor fragment sticking out of the ground, making it look like an ''arm''.

Honestly, I just thing it's either some unique fungi or mineral that shines brightly from being too close to the sun.

flip-it3 0.5cm... all this fuss about that? what is it a robotic arm for ants? You are aware that the things Curiosity is trying to find are smaller than what the human eye can see, right?

It not might be that but that's a good description, right?" Everyone else: "OMG ROBOT ALIENS!!L:KJSELFKJA"
