The only thing I own that can never be replaced.  My uncle built and gave this to me when I was about fifteen years old. He's not around anymore and it always reminds me of him. Doesn't have any monetary value but the sentimental value is through the roof.

exactly what came to mind. (thou I don't have any of those, but family) mom, dad, sister. If you say "things", I'd grab nothing really. I rather let insurance pay for everything new lol Actually might grab my PS3, I don't wanna download 400gb of games again.
